Lisa Beard, Community Engagement Specialist

Lisa has worked in Detroit communities for three decades, helping community members access barrier-removal resources and equal opportunities in employment. She has managed hiring for five major companies in Detroit including Stellantis Facilities (formerly FCA) and Dakkota. 

 At Compass: Lisa builds productive relationships with businesses, government agencies, and community organizations as a collaborative effort on behalf of our clients to deliver their messages to various audiences.
